Driver Route Supervisor

Driver Route Supervisor oversees a team of 18-25 collection truck drivers from Metro Vancouver to Horseshoe Bay, spending roughly 20% in the office and 80% in the field. Responsibilities include directing daily service routes, analyzing route performance data, conducting field evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring safety checks and inspections are completed, coordinating with dispatch and support teams, organizing staffing and route coverage, coaching employees on performance concerns, leading workplace-incident investigations, and promoting safety programs through trainings and documentation. The role requires strong leadership in a supervisory capacity, knowledge of Lower Mainland and Island routes, and a Class 3 (or higher) license, with shifts from Tuesday to Saturday and variable start times within 5 am to 9 pm. Open to candidates with experience in GPS-based route tracking, safety program administration, and experience in fast-paced, multi-priority environments.
