Job Summary
Conduct over 50 daily outbound calls to manage Auto Insurance coverage eligibility and pursue open driver needs. Manage the internal orientation process, file new hire records, and coordinate road tests and drug testing with the Safety Dept. Follow up by phone with hiring candidates to encourage completion of pending HR and Safety tasks, revisiting the pipeline when leads are low. Maintain ad posting tools and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment. Requires 3+ years of recruiting and customer service experience; eligible for overtime with Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ year of minimum experience in recruiting
- 3+ years of minimum experience in a customer service related environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated self-starter who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong work ethic with high personal standards for quality of work
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
