Job Summary
The Van Driver operates the hotel van to and from guest destinations in a safe and courteous manner, assists guests with luggage, promotes Sonesta facilities and services, performs daily vehicle inspections, maintains mileage logs, and supports housekeeping tasks as needed. The role requires delivering friendly guest service per SonestaaEST standards, complying with applicable laws and airport rules, and coordinating with other shifts to ensure guest satisfaction. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, valid driver license, English fluency, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Typical shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; previous hotel or retail experience is preferred. The pay range is $20.94 to $23.10 per hour and benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year of previous hotel experience, or retail customer service preferred
- Previous background from the extended stay industry preferred
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver license
