Job Summary
Create and manage targeted Independent Contractor solicitations in the applicant tracking system and online sites using compliant language. Coordinate the flow of master ICs and sub-contractors through the contracting process, including auditing required forms and completing checklists for dispatching software approval. Manage background checks and drug screenings, update dispatch software with accurate IC profiles, and terminate inactive or non-eligible contractors as directed. Facilitate onboarding scheduling with regional teams and provide backup support for fleets while maintaining strong internal and external relationships. Requires Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM schedule with hourly pay of $22-$24.
Required Qualifications
- Has a flexible work schedule to support business needs.
- Organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially – work independently to attain goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing sight of timeframes and deadlines.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 1-3 years of recruiting experience required.
- 2+ years experience in an administrative role.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without any type of work authorization or work sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
