Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned drivers, building strong relationships through consistent communication, coaching, and guidance. Monitor driver performance, assist with scheduling and operational challenges, and conduct regular check-ins to address concerns and foster engagement. Develop initiatives to improve retention, track performance trends, and prepare reports for leadership while collaborating with dispatch and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery. Maintain accurate records, recommend process improvements, and help drivers navigate changes to support workforce planning and operational goals.
