Job Summary
Manage full-cycle driver recruitment for a designated region, executing targeted call, email, and text blitzes to fill open positions. Screen prospective drivers for qualifications, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and collaborate with the compliance team to ensure seamless on-boarding. Establish relationships with Owner-Operators and terminal managers while monitoring safety-sensitive applications and leading weekly performance calls. Plan and lead hiring events throughout the assigned region, providing recruitment data and tools to field management. Requires strong phone presence for substantial outbound calling and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- transportation recruiting experience
- highly motivated, results-oriented candidates with a proven track record of success in fast-paced, customer-focused or performance-driven roles
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time/resources effectively
- Travel could be required, on occasion, for special events
