Job Summary
Driver Recruiter & Retention Manager to build and support the driver network in Omaha. Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates, onboarding Independent Contractors, guiding them from application to vehicle placement, and driving long-term driver engagement and retention. The role emphasizes creating a strong candidate pipeline through networking, referrals, community outreach, and events; maintaining driver relationships; collaborating with operations and leadership; and providing regular reporting on hiring and retention metrics.
