Job Summary
Driver Recruiter at PAM Transport responsible for recruiting top driver talent to the fleet. Duties include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting phone screens, moving applications through onboarding, coordinating pre-employment drug screens and onboarding, and handling recruitment-oriented special projects. Requires knowledge of the motor carrier transportation industry, experience in recruiting and marketing for driver roles, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Reports to the Recruitment department in a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm schedule with a pay range of $40,000–$100,000 plus incentives; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K match, PTO, and weekly direct deposit.
