Job Summary
Manage the full-cycle lead-to-hire recruitment process for a designated region by executing targeted call, email, and text blitzes. Screen prospective drivers to verify qualifications, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and monitor safety-sensitive applications in the applicant tracking system. Establish relationships with new and existing drivers and Owner-Operators while collaborating with terminal managers to expedite position fills. Partner with the compliance team to ensure seamless on-boarding and provide recruitment data to field management. Lead hiring events throughout the assigned region and participate in weekly performance calls with business leaders. This on-site role in North Canton, Ohio, requires substantial outbound calling and thrives in a fast-paced environment with high-volume candidate engagement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time/resources effectively
- Relocation will be considered

- Degree
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- transportation recruiting experience
