Job Summary
Coordinate the full-cycle recruiting process for owner-operators, developing strategic initiatives to attract qualified drivers and manage key staffing forecasts. Implement employment marketing strategies while tracking metrics to measure recruiting success and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company directives. Partner with management to execute retention plans and manage deadlines within a multi-site organization. Requires 3+ years in driver recruiting and proficiency in MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in driver recruiting
- Transportation/trucking background
- Working knowledge of DOT driver qualification regulations
