Job Summary
Driver Recruiter in DSV's Driver Recruiting team source and hire qualified CDL-A drivers to support growing transportation operations. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, screening for qualifications and DOT/FMCSA compliance, coordinating interviews, building candidate pipelines, developing creative recruiting campaigns with Operations/Marketing, and participating in career fairs and outreach. The role may involve driving or traveling to branches and recruiting events in the US 3–5 times per year. Strong sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance capabilities, plus proficiency with ATS/HRIS tools (TenStreet, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office, are required. Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience in HR/driver recruiting are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful, hands-on, high-volume driver recruiting experience (Class A CDL required).
- Proven track record in recruiting across various driver types — including OTR, regional, and local drivers — within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSA compliance requirements for commercial drivers.
- Experience using TenStreet for sourcing, screening, and managing driver candidates.
- Experience using HRIS and ATS systems; SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred.
