Driver Recruiter

Driver Recruiter needed to join our Recruiting Department in Fort Dodge, IA. Primary duties include heavy phone work with potential driver applicants, screening and qualifying candidates, using third-party databases to run background checks, maintaining applicant information, and performing other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in Transportation and Recruiting, excellent written and verbal communication, multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Tenstreet experience preferred).
