Job Summary
Driver Recruiter responsible for heavy phone outreach to potential driver applicants, qualifying candidates, and maintaining applicant information in company systems. Utilize third-party databases to run background checks and support the recruiting department with broad sourcing and screening activities. Requires strong written and verbal communication, multi-tasking in a fast-paced professional environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Tenstreet experience is preferred. The role supports a full-time Monday–Friday schedule (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm) with competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Prior Driver Recruiting and/or Transportation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid background in Microsoft Office; Tenstreet experience preferred
