Job Summary
Cowan Systems, LLC is seeking a Driver Recruiter with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience to pro-actively recruit and hire qualified drivers, preferably with 2-4 years of recruiting or sales experience in the transportation industry. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This full-time position offers a salary range of $21-$22 per hour plus commission, with full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience
- Strong telephone etiquette and skills
- Good organizational, multi-tasking skills
- Microsoft office skills-Intermediate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate and establish credibility with driver candidates
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective interpersonal communication skills- oral and written
- Ability to maintain composure and react professionally during periods of stress
- Demonstrate confidentiality standards and judgment in handling personal information
Desired Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant responsibilities for recruiting and/or sales
- Experience in driver recruiting for the transportation industry
