Job Summary
Ready Mix Driver operates a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready mix concrete to residential, commercial, and construction sites throughout the Phoenix area and surrounding communities. Responsibilities include maintaining a strong safety mindset, providing excellent customer service, coordinating with dispatch and plant personnel to ensure timely deliveries, and working as part of a team with drivers and maintenance staff. The role emphasizes local, home-daily routes, overtime opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and profit sharing. Required Qualifications
- At least 6+ months of prior ready mix experience
- Valid Arizona Class A or B CDL or ability to transfer out-of-state CDL
- 1+ years of CDL driving experience
- Safe driving record
- Pre-employment drug screening

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
