Job Summary
Ready Mix Driver safely operates a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready mix concrete to residential, commercial, and construction job sites throughout the Phoenix area and surrounding communities. Responsibilities include maintaining a strong safety mindset, providing excellent customer service, coordinating with dispatch and plant personnel, and ensuring timely deliveries on local routes with home daily availability. Requires CDL possession, a safe driving history, willingness to work overtime/nights/weekends, and a positive work ethic. Required Qualifications
- At least 6+ months of prior ready mix experience
- Must have a valid Arizona Class A or B CDL or the ability to transfer an out-of-state CDL to Arizona
- 1+ years of CDL driving experience
- Must have a safe driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including overtime, nights and/or weekends as needed
