Job Summary
Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready mix concrete to residential, commercial, and construction job sites throughout the Phoenix area and surrounding communities. Maintain a strong safety mindset, provide excellent customer service, and work closely with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to ensure timely deliveries. Local home-daily routes with overtime opportunities; training and onboarding provided. The role requires CDL driving experience, a valid AZ CDL, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6+ months of prior ready mix experience
- Valid Arizona Class A or B CDL or ability to transfer an out-of-state CDL to Arizona
- 1+ years of CDL driving experience
- Safe driving record
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to work overtime, nights and/or weekends as needed
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
