Job Summary
Pick up and deliver customers' packaged goods and samples on specific routes, ensuring timely service. Load and unload shipments while maintaining the AGAT vehicle and operating it safely. Represent AGAT in a professional manner and provide exceptional customer service to the client base. Communicate clearly with all clients, bringing any issues to the Client Services group for appropriate handling. Maintain a positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent GED
- Valid driver's license with clean drivers abstract
- Reliable, dependable and presentable
- Good communication skills, fluent in English along with the ability to interact with customers
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude that is customer service driven
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
