Job Summary
Conduct onsite traffic management to ensure safe operations while safely operating heavy vehicles for liquid waste collection and transport. Complete and maintain accurate paperwork for tracking loads, maintain equipment and site facilities to operational standards, and service multiple client sites including loading, unloading, and delivery of liquid waste. Transport various waste streams to designated disposal sites while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships. Work Monday to Friday with overtime opportunities available, starting at 12pm.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Heavy Vehicle (HC) licence
- Minimum of two years' driving experience
- Experience operating truck and dog trailers
- Physical capability to remain on your feet and handle manual tasks throughout the day
- Ability to work both independently and under supervision on site
- Strong commitment to safety and environmental practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsiveness to direction and feedback
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Confined Space ticket
- Prepared to undertake a full pre-employment medical check which includes drug and alcohol screening
- Willing to undergo a National Police Clearance
