Driver Operations Associate

Job Summary
Monitor and analyze metrics performance; create and execute driver activation initiatives to increase active drivers including communications, campaigns, and incentives; work closely with Demand teams to ensure order fulfillment and maintain supply reliability; monitor active driver performance and provide insights to improve supply; lead a small team to achieve metrics targets and deliver excellent execution; initiate driver engagement initiatives such as targeted communication, incentives, or campaigns to improve order response rate and fulfillment; requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, analytical/problem-solving mindset, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with Google Sheets and Slides.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Management, Operations, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply management, ride-hailing or related industries
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and Slides.
