Driver Operations Associate (3-month contract)

Driver Verification & Identity Assurance: Review and process facial recognition data and documentation for existing drivers on the platform. Cross-verify biometric data against registered driver profiles to prevent account sharing, identity fraud, and unauthorized platform usage. Escalation Management: Investigate and resolve high priority driver identity mismatches or system flags. Assist relevant departments on escalations related to driver compliance and platform safety. Operational Support: Identify patterns of misuse or system glitches in the facial recognition flow and report to relevant departments. Execute ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Team Lead to improve overall platform safety. What you’ll need: Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently; Technology savvy; Availability to work 5 days a week. Diploma or higher in any field is preferred but not mandatory; Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous.
