Job Summary
Driver role responsible for safe operation of community vehicles during outings and transporting residents, with assistance in setting up activities. Requires acting as part of activity staff on outings, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with coworkers and departments. Must hold a Class B or C license with Passenger Endorsement, be 21+, and pass background/health screenings; offers benefits and opportunities across California, Hawaii, Colorado, and Nevada.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement to drive the bus
- Prefer two years of experience driving a vehicle/van/bus transporting people
- Excellent customer service skills
- Written and verbal communication with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families
- Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including TB
- Vaccination/health measures per regulatory guidelines
