Job Summary
Non-CDL Local Delivery Driver to transport fresh flowers throughout New Jersey and the Philadelphia metro area in a 10' refrigerated box truck. Responsibilities include delivering to retail locations per daily route schedules, loading, securing, and unloading floral products, maintaining required temperature control, completing delivery documentation and Proofs of Delivery (PODs), performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, communicating with dispatch about route status and delays, adhering to safety policies and traffic regulations, and delivering professional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Non-CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving or local delivery experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to work in refrigerated environments and handle perishable products
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and mobile delivery applications
- Basic English communication skills

- Experience delivering flowers, produce, or other perishable products
- Experience delivering to supermarkets, grocery stores, or distribution centers
- Familiarity with pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Familiarity with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles
- Experience operating in refrigerated environments
