Job Summary
Drive local routes to support Goodwill stores in Utah, southern Idaho, and Montana, and collect donations from the community donation site. Load and unload donated goods, assist with inventory management, and support recycling operations. Operate large machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, balers, and trash compactors while maintaining the warehouse facility. Transport goods to and from stores to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a valid driver's license, DOT physical, and ability to lift 20-100 pounds. A background check is required for all applicants.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license issued by state of residence
- Pass DMV record check
- Pass DOT Physical (paid for by Goodwill)
- Able to move 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance
- Ability to work with people having various abilities
- All positions require the completion of a background check
