Job Summary
Operate Mr. Greens 16 or 24-foot box trucks on established routes to deliver fresh produce to customers, including restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores. Conduct pre-departure vehicle inspections, unload products using a pallet jack, and handle customer complaints while resolving delays or equipment breakdowns. Provide onsite service by reviewing deliveries and communicating with dispatchers regarding unsafe routes or accidents. Maintain ongoing contact with leadership and report defective equipment promptly. Available for weekdays, weekends, second runs, and overtime in extreme weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Availability requirements – weekdays and weekends
- Work independently, using our Mr. Greens Delivery Truck 16 or 24-foot Truck
- Must have at least 1 year of Truck/Box Truck driving experience
- Experience in route delivery logistics
- Available to do 2nd runs (second route in the same day) and overtime
- Valid Driver License and clean driving record
- Able to understand and read street signs in state in which Mr. Greens operates
- 21+ years old
- Frequent moving of product up to 50 pounds during the shift
- Must be able to climb on and off the box of the truck
- Frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling
- Must be able to work in cold storage environment
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (hot weather, rain, and extreme cold temperatures)

- Experience in route delivery logistics, Produce delivery experience preferred
