Job Summary
Driver-Non CDL Delivery role at Builders FirstSource responsible for loading, transporting and delivering materials to customer sites. Delivers un-damaged goods on schedule, maintains logs of delivery duties including weights and locations, acts as a customer service liaison, and adheres to safety procedures. Requires ability to load/unload, operate a forklift or non-motorized equipment, use hand-held devices, and complete pre/post trip inspections. Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license, DOT medical card within 5 days of request, and a clean MVR with limited moving violations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 21+ years old
- valid driver's license
- Pass MVR
- Obtain a DOT medical card within five (5) days of a request
- Have less than 5 moving violations in the last 5 years
- Basic math & measurement skills
- Ability to read and speak the English language
