Job Summary
As a school bus driver, you are responsible for the safe delivery of students along designated routes, conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and attending monthly safety meetings. You must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and maintain a clean driving record, with at least 5 years of driving history. Participation in a comprehensive training program and passing a background check are necessary requirements. Field trips, activity trips, and charter runs may also be part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a minimum of 5 years verifiable driving history
- Clean driving record within the last 24-36 months
- Ability and willingness to obtain a CDL
- Complete comprehensive training program
- Pre-employment background checks
