Job Summary
Safely transport residents to medical appointments, outings, and other destinations according to assigned schedules while adhering to traffic laws and facility policies. Assist passengers into and out of vehicles, secure wheelchairs to restraining devices, and maintain vehicle cleanliness through routine inspections and refueling. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to coordinate transportation needs, report service disruptions, and keep records of trips and passenger behavior. Maintain a current driver's license with an excellent driving record and perform daily vehicle maintenance checks.

- Previous experience in patient transportation or a similar role
