Job Summary
Deliver meals to residential and commercial customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner; work with kitchen staff to ensure quality food deliveries; unload and stock supplies, maintain a clean and safe vehicle, and follow SOPs and safety protocols; handle customer concerns tactfully, ensure accurate deliveries, and support ongoing restaurant operations including occasional inventory tasks and adherence to company policies; the role emphasizes safety, customer service, and dependable scheduling, including availability for evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be Eighteen (18) Years of Age
- Valid, Current Driver’s License
- Work experience in vehicle deliveries service
- ServSafe Certification as directed
- Demonstrated knowledge of local driving area
- Demonstrated customer service experience working with the general public
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with other employees
