Job Summary
Driver responsible for timely, safe food deliveries to residential and commercial customers, with courteous, professional service and adherence to SOPs. Works with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food delivery, assists with loading/unloading and inventory, addresses customer concerns tactfully, maintains a clean, safe vehicle, and follows all company policies. Requires strong customer service, knowledge of local driving area, ability to handle money and complete daily reconciliations, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age
- Valid, current driver’s license
- Experience in vehicle deliveries service
- Knowledge of safe and healthy practices for food handling and preparation; ServSafe Certification as directed
- Demonstrated customer service experience with the general public
- Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with coworkers and management
