Job Summary
Driver responsible for timely delivery of restaurant orders to residential and commercial customers with a strong emphasis on safety, courteous service, and accurate deliveries. Roles include assisting with preparing orders for delivery, coordinating with kitchen staff, unloading/loading supplies, maintaining a clean vehicle, addressing customer concerns professionally, following SOPs, and supporting team coverage during absences. Requires a valid driver’s license, 18+ years old, ServSafe certification as directed, knowledge of local driving area, and ability to work flexible schedules; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate safely in restaurant and parking lot environments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be Eighteen (18) Years of Age
- Valid, Current Driver’s License
- Work experience in vehicle deliveries service
- ServSafe Certification as directed
- Demonstrated knowledge of local driving area
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships
- Physical ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends and holidays
