Job Summary
Driver responsible for timely delivery of food orders to residential and commercial customers, with emphasis on safety and professional customer service. Works with co-workers to prepare and deliver orders, learns customers' names, handles complaints with management, unloads incoming truck loads, assists with inventory and stocking, maintains a clean and safe vehicle, follows SOPs and safety protocols, and may participate in related tasks with kitchen staff. Requires valid driver’s license,18+ age, ServSafe certification as directed, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must be able to work evenings/weekends and flexible schedules. Reports to District Manager and adheres to company policies and procedures; engages in cross-functional duties to ensure continuous service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid, Current Driver’s License
- Work experience in vehicle deliveries service
- ServSafe Certification as directed
- Demonstrated knowledge of local driving area
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships
- Ability to speak, hear, see, sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

- No eating or smoking in the vehicle
- No personal use of vehicle without management approval
