Job Summary
Deliver food orders to residential and commercial customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food is delivered. Maintain safe driving practices, unload and stock supplies as needed, address customer concerns tactfully, keep the vehicle clean, and follow SOPs and safety protocols while supporting co-workers and management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid, current Driver’s License (no more than four points)
- Work experience in vehicle deliveries service
- Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation; ServSafe Certification as directed
- Demonstrated knowledge of local driving area
- Customer service experience with the public
- Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships
- Physical ability to sit/stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to following safety and company policies
- Ability to adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements
