Job Summary
Drive vans or box trucks to customer locations for service needs, collecting customer information regardless of media type while adhering to federal and state transportation laws. Work with customers to fulfill service requests, report to work on time, and meet department productivity and quality standards. In inclement weather, arrive two hours early to allow for delays and apply tire chains if necessary. Maintain constant communication with the Records Center using a handheld device and electric pickers. This role requires a valid driver's license, commercial driver's license if applicable, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work overtime around the clock, including holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- MVR Check
- Background check
- Must be able to pass random drug screens
- Must be able to carry a cell phone to be in constant communication with the Records Center
- Strong commitment to accuracy and quality
- Must be able to work overtime and available around the clock including holidays
- Commercial Driver's License, if applicable

- The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb/balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Must be able to reach, handle, carry, and lift between 10 lbs. and up to 50 lbs
- While performing job duties, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, read, and identify numbers for accurate order filling and receiving of material
- Strong directional awareness and navigational skills
