Job Summary
Safely operate company cargo vans, pickup trucks, box trucks, and truck/trailer combinations to transport event equipment between the warehouse, venues, and client locations. Load, unload, secure, and transport materials while verifying deliveries against pick lists, manifests, and event schedules. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain clean vehicles, and operate pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts when authorized. Assist with staging, packing, labeling, and securing equipment, plus support warehouse receiving, inventory counts, and housekeeping. Communicate delivery status and site conditions with leadership and event teams while following DOT regulations and Florida traffic laws. This onsite role in Doral, FL requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support live events operations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida Driver License with an acceptable driving record that meets company insurance requirements
- Ability to operate company cargo vans and pickup trucks
- Ability to safely operate box trucks (typically up to 26 feet)
- Ability to safely tow and back utility or enclosed trailers
- Ability to complete company driver safety training and vehicle orientation
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, bend, climb, and work actively throughout warehouse and event sites
- Work safely around loading docks, vehicles, forklifts, and active event environments
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, and changing schedules based on event demands
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Previous delivery, warehouse, logistics, event production, rental, or moving experience
