Job Summary
Deliver refined fuel and propane to established customers on defined local routes, load and unload using hoses, safely operate and maintain the truck, perform tank set, tank painting, and plant maintenance as directed, conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, communicate safety and customer insights to management, maintain required certifications, and uphold MFA Oil policies while representing the company to customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability and willingness to become propane (CETP) certified as determined by the state(s) served
- Ability to obtain a Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with tanker, HAZMAT, and air brake endorsements within the first 90 days of employment
- Ability to pass in person training and MFA Oil Company Record of Road test
- Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to move equipment and position self to move and retrieve products and supplies from shelves
- Vision, hearing, speech, and the ability to detect odors
- Legal authorization to work in the United States of America
- Age 21 or older
- Ability to meet pre-employment drug screening, MVR, criminal background check, and road test
