Job Summary
Provides transportation for children and families to appointments and destinations in the community in a safe and secure manner; serves as a Mental Health Worker/direct care on units; coordinates tasks with department and other divisions; communicates with management and staff; maintains documentation and ensures timely responses; participates in training and aligns with risk management, safety, and regulatory requirements; supports the mission of Gemma Services through data-informed, individualized care and collaboration across teams.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Driving/criminal record must meet current insurance company/Commonwealth guidelines and regulations.
