Job Summary
Drive locally using your own 4-door vehicle to transport health plan members to and from prescheduled medical appointments. Flexible full and part time opportunities. Mon-Fri 8:00am-6:00pm. Earn $100-$250 per day paid weekly via direct deposit. Independent Contractor (1099). Be 21+ years old, have a driver’s license for at least 2 years, own a mid-size 4-door vehicle in good condition, vehicle pass inspection, model year 2009 or newer, clean driving record with limited violations, pass background check. Must be CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain; complete CTAA PASS Basic training and NSC Driver Safety Course. Remote options indicated as remote in listing but local driving in Winterport, Maine. Equipment and training provided by Provado Mobile Health.
