Job Summary
Drive health plan members to medical appointments as a Mobile Care Professional using your own vehicle. Flexible full- and part-time opportunities with Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm windows. Earn $100–$250 per day based on trips and miles, with weekly direct deposit. Requires 21+; valid driver’s license for 2+ years; own a clean, 2009+ model-year vehicle in good condition with vehicle inspection; clean driving record; pass criminal background check; CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain); completion of CTAA PASS Basic and NSC Driver Safety courses (paid by Provado); become an independent contractor; work in Belfast, Maine (Waldo County) with local transportation to dialysis and healthcare appointments. Qualifications include smartphone ownership (Android/iOS) or willingness to obtain one. Training and onboarding requirements are provided by Provado Mobile Health.
Required Qualifications
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years
- Own a clean mid-size 4-door vehicle
- Vehicle must pass inspection
- Model year 2009 or newer
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accident in last 3 years
- No DUIs or suspensions in last 5 years
- Pass criminal background check (no felonies or misdemeanors in last 7 years)
- Own an Android or iOS Smartphone or willing to obtain one
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willing to do so
- Complete and pass CTAA PASS Basic online training (2-3 hours)
- Complete and pass NSC Driver Safety Course online (2-3 hours)
- Status as Independent Contractor
- Flexible full and part time opportunities
- Mileage-based earnings on a per-member loaded miles basis
- Earnings paid weekly via direct deposit
