Driver Manager

Delivery Manager oversees all delivery operations for Elite Brands of Colorado, ensuring routes run efficiently, drivers receive support, and customers receive exceptional service. You’ll manage route planning, staffing, vehicle maintenance coordination, and day-to-day delivery execution while fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include building efficient daily routes, balancing loads, overseeing driver hiring, training, coaching, and performance, supervising daily delivery activities, reviewing end-of-day issues with drivers, coordinating monthly vehicle checks and maintenance, staying current on DOT regulations, and maintaining training materials. The role is full-time and on-site, with time split between office and warehouse, and requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to adapt quickly to daily changes.
