Job Summary
Driver Manager to oversee daily driver personnel across nationwide operations. Use McLeod dispatch software to assign work, direct daily activities to designated territories, and ensure drivers comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Provide guidance on regulatory requirements, counsel drivers on over-the-road issues, and assist with up-to-date documentation such as licenses, random drug tests, and physicals. Requires a degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or 1-3 years of dispatch/fleet management experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are essential. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm; full-time with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field or 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or fleet management
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Favorable)
- Proficient experience with truck dispatch software
- Flatbed Experience a plus
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented and strong interpersonal skills
- Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
