Job Summary
Driver Manager to oversee daily driver activities across regions using McLeod, assign work to drivers, direct daily activities to designated territories or operations, ensure compliance with local/state/federal regulations, and maintain on-time, safe delivery. Responsibilities include communicating ETAs with load planners, counseling drivers on over-the-road issues, helping drivers keep licenses and required tests/physicals up to date, and supporting a Great fleet with a focus on safety, productivity, and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field OR 1-3 years of dispatch or fleet management experience
- Proficient experience with truck dispatch software
- Flatbed experience a plus
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented and strong interpersonal skills
