Job Summary
Drive and manage daily activities of driver personnel across designated territories/dedicated operations using McLeod. Ensure drivers are safe, productive, and deliver on-time; provide guidance on compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; counsel drivers on over-the-road issues; assist with driver documents (licensing, random drug tests, physicals); requires degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or 1-3 years in dispatch/fleet management; bilingual English/Spanish favored; proficiency in truck dispatch software and Microsoft Office; flatbed experience a plus; Monday–Friday 7am–5pm; full-time with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field or 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or fleet management
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Favorable)
- Proficient experience with truck dispatch software
- Flatbed Experience a plus
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and have great interpersonal skills
