Job Summary
Lead a team of drivers to meet on-time service, safety, and efficiency goals; supervise drivers, routes, and service, and safely dispatch freight in accordance with policy; coach the team on KPIs including safety and equipment maintenance; collaborate with planners and customer service to meet customer expectations; assist with load recovery and communications; manage driver pay and BOL submissions, and drive driver retention and strong partnerships with customers. The role emphasizes leadership, relationship-building, coaching, problem-solving, and operating within a transportation environment. This is an onsite role based in Jacksonville, FL.
