Job Summary
Manage a fleet of 30-35 drivers by setting performance expectations, conducting regular reviews, and implementing corrective action plans up to termination. Ensure driver compliance with FMCSA regulations including hours of service, drug testing, and licensing while resolving payroll discrepancies and scheduling issues. Train drivers on tools like Omnitracs and document scanning, then monitor deliveries to alert load planning of service failures. Work with load planners to optimize utilization and recovery, maintaining a high-performance culture through problem resolution and policy enforcement.
