Driver Manager

Oversee driver and contractor onboarding, training programs, and portal management while managing weekly rostering and daily operations monitoring. Ensure all drivers maintain proper licensing and compliance with transportation regulations, and supervise vehicle maintenance across the fleet. Act as the Customer Care liaison for driver relations, handle error management, and oversee hardware and asset management using internal tools. Travel regionally to visit local depots and subcontractor drivers across the North Island to support last-mile delivery operations. This role reports to the Associate Director Fulfilment in a leading global food technology company offering flexible working arrangements and access to internal learning academies.
