Job Summary
Driver Manager to represent both drivers and the company, ensuring smooth operations by managing driver performance, optimizing routes, and maintaining strong communication. Build and maintain relationships with drivers; manage revenue, mileage, and fuel efficiency goals; address performance issues; proactively communicate with drivers, planners, and CSRs; update ETAs and respond to phone calls promptly; conduct daily driver check-ins and ensure smooth weekly starts. Requires Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of Transportation/Logistics, strong communication, and conflict-resolution skills; TMW Office Suite experience a plus. Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of the Transportation, Operations, or Logistics industries
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
