Job Summary
Provide complete load information, including routing and directions, ensuring drivers are fully prepared for assignments. Coach drivers on time management to facilitate on-time delivery and compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations. Maintain accurate records for drivers, trips, and customers within the TMS system. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company standards. Negotiate and arrange transportation for goods as required. This role supports the Operations Team at Day & Ross, one of North America's leading transportation providers, fostering a positive environment for drivers while maximizing fleet productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory, transportation, or operational experience
- Willingness to travel as required
- Candidates selected for the role will be required to provide professional references
- Candidates selected for the role will be required to complete a criminal background check
