Driver Manager

Monitor, track, and assign drivers to dedicated routes while ensuring compliance with Hours-of-Service regulations. Maintain utilization of tractors and trailers to meet or exceed budget and operational expectations. Provide dispatch instructions and operational support through the TMS to ensure on-time service. Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, resolving operational issues and interfacing with Account Managers on service failures. Maintain daily revenue goals, report weekly performance metrics, and process driver payroll accurately. Perform annual reviews, provide coaching, and create a spot freight network to generate backhaul opportunities.
