Driver/Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Safely transport senior residents to doctors' appointments and other locations while narrating historic landmarks and facts during scenic drives. Load and unload wheelchairs and walkers, assist residents into and out of vehicles, and perform complete pre-trip inspections to maintain vehicle cleanliness and compliance with traffic laws. Resolve resident complaints and queries promptly in a polite manner while assisting the Maintenance Director with general facility upkeep. Maintain drivers' logbooks and adhere to all safety requirements. Requires a valid Arizona driver's license, clean motor vehicle record, and ability to communicate in English.
Required Qualifications
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (5 years)
- Clean background and drug free lifestyle
- Ability to plan and communicate in both written and spoken English
- Must have a valid driver's license in the State of Arizona
Desired Qualifications
- Driving experience with a company vehicle or company bus would be preferred
